Loose tarmac church spires walk near lamppost

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 406978.

Work involving electric cable last week 4/10 to 11/10 workmen ruptured footpath past lamppost and not repaired it. Did not make much effort to clean up site
