Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407036.
Scoldhall lane and leading up to Peter seadyke Road mud has been left all over roads from fields by tractor which is causing a dangerous slippery surface due to the weather conditions for walking and driving on the roads are not in the best conditions and becomes a rat race if A16 is closed for accidents should it not be the farmers responsibility to clean up after cultivation of fields of roads

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. A site visit was carried out 13/10/21 and there was a small amount of mud on the roads but no more than would be expected on a rural lane during the harvest season. No further action will be taken at this time but we will continue to monitor during out routine highway inspections. Thank you for reporting this matter.
State changed to: No further action
