Hi

I don’t know if you can assist in finding out who owns and has responsibility for the maintenance of the dyke that borders the above 2 properties in Saxilby The Dyke is now overgrown with trees/brambles and various detritus which are now encroaching onto both properties and causing damage

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because this is not Lincolnshire County Council Highways maintainable liability but, a Riparian Ownership and therefore the owners of the properties whose gardens that back on to this dyke are responsible for the maintenance. Thank you for reporting this matter.
