Blocked soakaway drain

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407277.

The soakaway drain at the entrance to the drive for our cottage ( alder cottage) is blocked and therefore the rain is unable to drain hence it continues down the road and then due to the road being higher than the lowered kerb the water/rain runs down the lane and onto the concrete area around our home, hence causing excessive damp issues. Upon looking at the drain it appears full of soil/ silt making it impossible to drain into the dyke.
