Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407417.

One of the holes in the pavement is approx 600mm x 500mm and nearly 60mm deep and is a definite trip hazard. The holes are located just outside the main entrance to Andrews DIY shop in Little London Spalding, PE11 2UJ. These holes have been here for at least 6 months.
