2 foot uneven piece of tarmac

This uneven footpath has been like this since the resurfacing of the path when a tree was removed approx 8 years ago and it has now caused an accident

We have assessed the fault in accordance with our Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and it does not require urgent action.
