During late August, this private garden hedge was reported obstructing the full width access of the public footway (especially for wheelchair pedestrians).

No pruning has occurred, all of this year’s normal regrowth remains. The hedge still encroaches 60cm+ beyond the property boundary, more than half the footway width, a major restriction to pedestrians.
