caller has received an enforement letter regarding an overgrown hedge, states that it is not the hedge that is overgrown but in fact the sign that is in the wrong place

The street sign is in the middle of this shrub the owner of the bungalow that owns the area were the sign is ,is trying to claim more public property when asked about the sign he becomes avasive it is also effecting visibility and the width of the road making walkers use the road as a footpath he is also trying to cordon of the next piece of grass putting up signs and strings

The owner in the bungalow has made it clear we are not allowed to use highways verges to walk on the signs put up state he has sprayed the verges with chemicals which will poison pets if you use the verges, the sign inge drove is now two behind owners overgrown hedge
