HGV's and large farm machinery shaking our house day and night.

Ongoing problem which is getting worse, HGV's even the smaller 7.5 tonners are causing our house to shake and cracks to open up. The sub structure under the road is not suitable for the weight and speed of traffic. Tracked farm vehicles and HGV's driven at an inappropriate speed (please note I did not say "speeding" as the limit is 50/60 mph which is ridiculous for a country lane). The shaking can range from "light" which makes the doors and other fixtures and fittings rattle and vibrate to "heavy" which could easily be mistaken for a low grade earthquake. It is the tracked farm machinery and 44 tonne trucks driven at speeds of much over 20mph (note I still did not say "speeding") which are the worst and they are generally felt and heard through movement in the structure well before they actually pass the house due to the "bow wave" effect travelling through the subsoil which as far as I am aware is wet silt on top of clay.
