Can't see right out of the junction at Kent Avenue because of a huge leylandi hedge hazardous

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 11:17, Thu 21 October 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407670.

The junction of Kent Avenue that crosses the A1031 to Stain Lane and pulling out of Kent Avenue right onto the A1031 is hazardous, there is a huge hedge to the right as you pull out that blocks vision of oncoming traffic and causes a huge amount of Road traffic collisions, I have bad whiplash because I had to do an emergency stop as a car pulled straight out into my lane yesterday. This needs urgent attention before there is a fatality.
