One lit bollard knocked down, others dirty not lit

Reported via desktop in the Sign (lit) category anonymously at 20:00, Thu 21 October 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407715.

One of the lit bollards on one of the two traffic islands is knocked down near Fleet Hargate on A17 and the others are so dirty they can't be seen at night, if lit at all! All other lit and unlit bollards on the A17 need cleaning as well! The A17 is very poor to drive on as a result of this lack of any basic maintenance of the lighting and signs!
