Overgrown plant obstructing public footpath

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 09:18, Friday 22 October 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407738.

Walking along the footpath from Mill Row to the Lowfields at the gate there is a rather large pampas grass plant which is encroaching onto the footpath. At the moment it is just about contained within the metal of the gate but is starting to grow across the path. As the fronds are just at pushchair height it could easily cause an eye injury to a child.
