Street Lights not coming on in the morning.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407774.

The street lights in Wellington Road, Mablethorpe LN12 1HY, have been replaced by new cost saving lights. The problem is they are going off at night and not coming on until approx 06:30 hrs. People, lone female carers are going to work and lone female dog walkers, are walking the streets in the dark with no light. Is it possible for them to come on earlier? Say 05:30? I appreciate that this is a cost saving and energy saving exercise but it would be good for it to become a safety exercise too.
