Dangerous path along full length of the hill section of the Grimsby road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407802.
The path along the full length of the hill section of the Grimsby Road from the opening to the hospital to the junction with high holme Road is dangerous for pedestrians. The path is raised up from the road with a steep drop upto 5 foot in places. There are nettles continually growing which narrow the path and although cut back once this year it is not enough thus forcing people to the road edge with the risk of slipping down the bank into the path of a vehicle. There is also dangling thorny foliage which caught me in the face recently. The trees etc are now so overgrown they form a dense canopy preventing the street lights from casting any light on the path therefore leaving it pitch black and with the obstacles in the way there is a high risk of a serious accident. This is the main walking rout into town for 100's of residents including school children and with the clocks about to change the state of this stretch of path is unacceptable and there is a risk of significant harm to a pedestrian
