The street lights for both waterside south and north are turned off and have been for a number of years

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407836.

It is very unsafe, there are several companies whose employees have to use that road to get to work before 6am you have to walk on the road as the paths are too unsteady and people sleep in the doorways, people driving down that road generally speed so it's only a matter of time until an accident occurs I also have had several encounters where men have walked alongside me or behind me and due to no lighting I had no idea they were there, on one occasion I was only aware a man was in front of me because I felt his breath on my face
