Blocked drain

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 407992.

The drain in question is approx 2 metres from the top of the drive at 92 Knight Street. It is the same one that has been attended to in the past. When it rains the water cannot drain away therefore creates a a large amount of standing water in which many drivers delight in aquaplaning through. A tanker vehicle arrived one morning, but drove off in a couple of minutes without operating.
