Narrow footpath available on only one side of lane and surface is extremely uneven

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408104.

The footpath is extremely broken up and uneven, causing, in my opinion, a trip hazard for elderly or infirm pedestrians and wheelchair users. I can’t let my toddler walk along here. There is no footpath on the other side of the lane so no alternative safe route. There are several stretches of footpaths round the village that seem to be disintegrating. Lots of elderly residents live here and I worry about them.
