Two Missing Bollards on Scarbrough Ave

Two bollards are missing from the footway each side of the entrance to Scarbrough Ave car park. Cars our accessing the footpath and parking on the footway and verge causing a danger to other pedestrians and preventing the verge from being maintained. This is an ongoing issue that has been going on all Summer with complaints received by the Town Council from residents, councillors and the police. LCC and Skegness Town Council need to work together on a permanent solution for this area. Thank you
