Pot hole repair has sunk again leaving void below finished tarmac. Very dangerous, especially to motor cyclists.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408214.
Previously reported two large potholes in this area back on 27/07/21 which had re-occurred following an earlier unsuccessful attempt to repair them, months earlier. Your reference was 402200, which we were advised had been repaired on 25/08/21.
Both repairs have now started to sink again. This is the third time! in a very short space of time. One of the repairs, see attached photo, now has a void under the finished tarmac repair, with some of the tarmac having fallen in to the void below, leaving a small hole in the road surface. As can be seen on the photo the tarmac has started to crack within the wider repaired patch and is likely to collapse in to the void if any motor vehicle drives directly over it, which will likely result in serious damage &/or injury to the motorist and vehicle, and even prove fatal, if associated with a motorcycle rider who would be thrown of their bike if the tyres fell in to the void or tarmac collapsed below the weight of the bike.
The second pot hole is not showing any signs yet of a void below it but the repair patch is now started to sink again and irregular in finish which would likely indicate their is a problem below it which if left unattended will potentially and progressively get worse with potential to cause serious damage/ harm also. Bearing in mind the repeated nature of the problem, with the last attempt at repairing them being completed on 25/08/21, only two months previously, it would appear that throwing a bit of stone at the problem again, will likely not be sufficient, therefore there is a wider problem (water / badgers) which needs to be investigated fully before attempting another repair so that this repair will be appropriate and last.

This large deep hole is extremely dangerous and whereas cones with lights were covering the 2 holes (there is a second one nearer to the verge) these have been removed/stolen, leaving just one of the highways signs laid over and partly covering the 2ft+ hole.
