Severe road subsidence and pot holes

Reported via desktop in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 14:24, Mon 1 November 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408532.

When wet weather occurs the traffic sprays the potholed and subsided puddles onto the pedestrian area and onto my rendered property at number 8 Sleaford road which has caused discolouration of my rendering. The area stretches from the lights to number 18 Sleaford Road on a Lincoln bound side and has got worse over the last 6 -12 months.
