Lighting Column 4 is Leaning

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408555.

Lighting column no. 4 has been hit by a vehicle and is leaning. The tarmac around the base has been pushed out. It does not appear to be in immediate danger of falling over, but needs to be assessed urgently.
