Lack of light causing a risk of falling onto the road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 408652.

The street lights are covered by trees. As a result it is pitch black even though the lights are working. Unable to distinguish where the path is. Particularly dangerous as there is a drop of several feet down to the road. The path is not very wide and the verge is narrow. There is no path on the other side of the road to use as an alternative.
