Obstruction of shrubs and overhanging branches

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 409138.

The pavement is part cycle way part pedestrian, bushes and overgrown shrubs are blocking the pedestrian path so have to walk in cycle lane , Danger ⚠️ especially at school turn out time
