South Street & North Street Phasing

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 409269.

When South Street has no cars going North it only lets 2 or 3 cars through going South on North Street which causes tailbacks on North Street & North Road even up to the end of Mill Drove at peak times. Phasing is normal when there are cars on South Street. West Street and Abbey Road is fine also.
