Flooding occurs whenever we have heavy rain as a result of build up on leaves on both sides of the road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 409324.

Flooding occurs whenever we have heavy rain, I assume the drain is blocked or there isn't enough drainage as thewater build up can create a large lake which covers the entire road.

Additionally there is a build up of leave on the side of road with even house numbers, I fear this may be causing more problems whenever it rains.
