Dea/diseased tree

This tree has been reported previously back in 2019 and 2020. Someone was sent out to assess, and then a company was sent to prune it. Having a discussion with them, they confirmed the tree was dead from the trunk up, and was supposedly reported back to you, so the next step would be to take the tree down to keep the public safe. The footpath has lifted from the roots (difficult navigating a wheelchair, mobility scooter or pram passed). The high winds we keep having is resulting in large branches and brash in gardens (hitting properties) taking the phone line down and also littering the roads.
