Railings broken and rusted and weeds on Millstream path Stamford

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 409667.
A Town Councillor has reported that the railings on the Millstream Path, Stamford are broken and in a bad state of repair which is dangerous for people walking along the Millstream. There are also weeds all the way along the path on both sides making it an eyesore for pedestrians and visitors at this prime location in Stamford (see photos). Please could you have a look and keep me informed.

This fault is not on the publicly maintainable highway. Neither the railings or the area/footway that they are located on are Lincolnshire County Council Highways assets. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.
