Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4169028.

  • There are no street lights lit between the railway crossing and the Pelican crossing on Spalding Road. It is very dark in the evenings when the traffic flow is light and it isn't always obvious where the road and pavements join.
