  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. Whilst it is not a permitted act within the highway it is recognised that this particular practise has been historically accepted under certain circumstances. An officer has inspected the location and all the surface water from this property's driveway has also been draining onto the footway for some considerable time. Please also note that historical roof water down pipes are present on a number of properties along High Street. Should the situation be considered hazardous in the future then further action may be considered. Thank you for reporting this matter.
