Vehicle parked on the pavement

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 15:33, Thursday 25 November 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410336.

If its not the van parked on the pavement it's his caravan parked on the side of the road with an extension lead going to the power of the caravan

He is stopping people walking on the pavement with pushchairs and children and they have to then move on to the road and walk on the road

Sometimes it's both together the van and his caravan there together and his land rover too It's getting beyond a joke now
