West Dyke Road is flooded outside my property.
Reported via desktop in the Flooding category anonymously at 11:19, Fri 26 November 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410382.
When the road is flooded following rain the footpath and my property is flooded every time a car passes. During summer there is no problem. I reported this to you last winter and you failed to correct the problem. In fact, you failed to respond to my information on the last two occasions this was reported to you. Failing to respond will not solve the issue. You must agree the is an issue since you came and cleared the nearby road drain following my original complaint in January 2020. This drain is once again blocked and contributes to the problem.

The flooding I reported to you on 26.11.2021 affects your road outside The Mount, Sea Dyke Way, Marshchapel. I reported this to you numerous times during the winter of 2020. Your reference numbers 381776 and 387070 apply. In fact, you failed to respond to my last two reports altogether. Failing to respond to this issue will not make it go away. Your drain is once again blocked and my hedge is dying as a result of cars deluging it with water from your flooding. What are you going to do to prevent road flooding impacting my property? If you continue to ignore me I shall have to escalate my concerns.
