Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410428.

The lights normally go off regrettably at 12 but tonight the whole street has gone off at 10.30 and is a health & safety issue. It is that dark we have been unable to safely take our dog for a walk without fear of injuring ourselves for falling off a Kurd due to no lighting
