We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. An officer has inspected the culvert from both ends and notes that they are all running clear with no blockages. Whilst there is up to 15% siltation in the inverts of the pipes, this is not a concern to the Council currently. Any clearance of the culvert will only be considered should the pipes become severely restricted and only the following the lowering of the beck bed levels by upstream & downstream riparian owners. No further action is planned at this time. Thank you for reporting this matter.
