Wicken Lane is a skid risk . There is mud all over the lane to a depth that covers the tarnac

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410631.

The lane is covered all through with an inch or more of mud. It is a skid risk. The lane needs to be swept ASAP to avoid a collision.
