Reported via Open311 in the Blocked drain category by Customer Services at 16:31, Tue 30 November 2021
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later.
Council ref: 4169322.
there is a smell of sewage coming from the surface water drains. Obviously shouldn't be if these are just SW. Are we able to investigate? Apparently one of the other properties didn't actually have a connection to the main sewer and the road collapsed, is it possible that is the case here or that their or another property's sewer has been connected to the SWD? Please contact MOP to discuss situation and if we will investigate
Thank you for your report. We will investigate and make an update to this report within 14 days.
