Street light not working correctly

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410855.

The street light is not working correctly. The LED lights do not seem to be receiving enough power and although they are on they are so weak no light is being cast down to street level. The area underneath the light is in darkness.
