Leylandii hedge overhangin pavement making wheelchair access impossible

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 410909.

This hedge has been overhanging the pavement for months but has now reached the point where wheelchair access to the pavement is no longer possible - a serious problem, given that this is immediately outside a nursing home. The hedge belongs to a private individual, and not to the nursing home.
