Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411122.
Message from Dan Whelan @ Anglian Water.... Hi Dave. Just wanted to speak to you about water that is surfacing into the highway on Moor Lane Branston Booths. Its a long standing issue that the customer tells me has been ongoing for 4 years.... the customer has spent some money digging out himself and has found a culvert that is open ended under the road so the water is always going to continue surfacing and at the moment is is causing a real ice hazard. I have got a video and some photos I can send across if it helps.

Anglian Water visited again today and confirmed the water is definitely not theirs, they have also tested for leaks and checked their telemetry. I added some blue dye to the water in roadside drainage ditch above The Barn and this appeared in the road, see photos. Water is continuously flowing across the road and the road surface is getting more damaged. Today, while talking to Anglian Water a child on a scooter came to a sudden stop when he dropped into the pothole filled with water, fortunately he did not go over his handlebars.
The suggestion is that a pipe needs to be installed under the road to the opposite ditch, this pipe would go from the existing pipe already found and photos submitted.
GPR investigation today did not suggest there is an existing damaged pipe.
Myself and Neighbour are happy to meet up and have further discussion.

Please also refer Council ref: 410694.
Water is now turning to sheet black ice and the road surface is becoming not only more damaged but also dangerous (there are also no speed limit repeaters so traffic tends to speed up once past the village) , there is now a large pothole that has developed on the field side of the road.
Local County Councillor now informed.

As a frontline NHS worker I use this road twice a day. The water issue is progressively getting worse and the early morning black ice makes this road area Treacherous As a matter of urgency the highways dept needs to talk to the two property owners in the location before a car van or lorry deposits itself in the cottage front room ! Seriously injuring someone . P .Clark RGN / TCFCP

Unbelievable this morning huge team turned have turned up to resurface the road which is a big job without putting in a new pipe across the road. Surely this pipe discussed to get the water off the icy road needs to be done first. Its a small part extra of what they are planning, Can I please urgently ask for the pipe to be installed.

Despite being promised a visit for LCC no one has been in touch. Tridents paid for professional cleaning, advice and repair of old drains.
