Blocked drain problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4169595.

There is a dyke that runs along the bottom of the garden & down one side before it stops & goes into a pipe underground and under the road. This has worked fine until we installed a street light column over a year ago, which blocked/damaged the pipe & since then after heavy or prolonged rainfall the garden next door floods. This property is called Fordyke House. Please investigate.
