Unacceptable amount of mud on the road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411383.

There is an unacceptable amount of mud on the road that appeared yesterday, Thursday 9th December. This is currently an issue for drivers and was very dangerous last night due to the heavy rain. Locksmill Farm, Cowbit Road, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2RJ housing development.
