Manhole cover damaged/collapsed leaving hole in footway

The manhole cover on the footway has collapsed in on itself or been broken and there is a big hole here. I have seen footway used as a busy route for school children and parents and someone could easily fall or hurt themselves if not repaired.

  • Visited this site today and unfortunately the broken manhole is still here and there has been a cone placed on top of the hole. I would not say this has been fixed but rather a temporary solution has been put in place and the danger of this has not been removed.

    If this cone was to be moved then the issue is still there and someone could hurt themselves if they do not see the hole.
