Utility covers raised causing trip hazard

Reported via mobile in the Manhole/drain cover on pavement/verge category anonymously at 10:12, Wed 15 December 2021

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 411730.

I think this may be a BT issue, not sure. They have been working under these manhole/utility covers and now they have raised edges/not flush with ground. My daughter and I both tripped on them this morning. It's between the Grammar entrance and Willoughby entrance.
