Signs at end of road coming out of Kettlethorpe closed in both directions at same time?

Two road closed signs have appeared at the end of the road into/out of Kettlethorpe village. Each one meters apart from each other on opposite sides of the turning. As you can see from the pictures the road as you come out of Kettlethorpe turning A) right to Fenton will be closed 5th Jan 22 until 18th Jan 22. B) left to Laughterton will be closed 4th Jan 22 until 14th Jan 22 How will we get out of/into Kettlethorpe between 5th Jan and 14th Jan when it would appear the roads will be closed in both directions we could turn? I look forward to hearing from you
