New signals have timing issues

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412664.

Since the new signals have been installed, the traffic has become worst. When the green light is showing it let's around 5 cars through. This in turn is causing tailback on newark Road both inbound and outbound, moors Lane and Station Road. When pedestrians are using the pedestrian crossing diagonally the lights turn green when they are half way across, causing them them to run the rest of the way
