New pavement too low on kersside

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412678.
The new pavement that was built when the new houses were constructed is much lower than the kerbing that was placed there and is causing a trip hazard into the road

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report. We have inspected this area, this is a new development and the footpath has had a base layer of tarmac laid, this will then be followed by a top layer 25mm thick and up to the kerb level on completion of the building works. Thank you for reporting this matter.
