Trench-like depression in the northbound lane of A16 adjacent to the pedestrian refuge.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 412996.

This damage is perfectly in line with the near side wheel track and the back has a very severe edge which causes an un-nerving sharp thud when driving over it.
