  • We have reported the flooding to the public Rights of Way officer directly and note that the flooding relates in the main to land owned by private parties and not Lincolnshire County Council. The backfilling of dykes and water courses needs to be reported directly to the local Internal Drainage Board (IDB). You can report this to Witham Third District IDB at http://witham-3rd-idb.co.uk/ Thank you for reporting this matter.
