Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413162.

A jagged and deepening pothole on one side of the road and on the other side a sagging road edge dropping directly into a deep drain. Both have been reported before but the location was imprecise and you claim to have "fixed" the pothole in Autumn last year. No such "fixing" work has been done and the condition worsens each week with the transit of fuel delivery lorries and general delivery lorries together with heavy farm vehicles.
