Standing water at drive

We have moved into 65 Mount Pleasant Louth. When it rains water runs off the driveways of the 4 properties opposite and collects in the end of the drive way. When the houses opposite were built drainage was not installed to collect the water runoff. The driveways of these properties are all block paved. Which doesn’t allow the rain to soak in. This gives a problem with standing water and when it freezes slipping haxards.
