Streetlight needs a cowling to reduce light into bedroom

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 413474.

Since being changed to LED, the light is very bright at night and shines into a bedroom, despite lined curtains

Is it possible to have a cowling fitted at the back of the light to prevent this?
